Maybe it is the winter gloomy sky, or the small hue of colour that is left over from a magical trip to Disney World. I can't be sure. What I do know is that to live a prismatic life, one that is not always a constant bright yellow but also of softer pastels, sometimes a little effort is needed to create our own rainbows. KEEP READING! GIVEAWAY BELOW. Years ago, I stumbled across my first #lovebot it was on Mt. Pleasant Rd. in front of Mable's Fables. This small concrete structure, with it's little red heart made me immediately swoon. After finding out a little more on the 'movement' created by artist Matthew Del Degan I was hooked and have been quietly and sometimes, not so quietly stalking the little robot and his baby #babybot . I was first in line for the launch of Nedege's special Lovebot box filled with rainbow Macaron's , I own multiple hats and even a limited edition sweatshirt. What is fabulous about Lovebot it is a tool to enthuse kindness and love in the city. Each cement Lovebot has a story of kindness behind it and is dedicated that particular act. Now to start my year off right I went to the Lovebot website to see what was new, and man was I thrilled. I picked up a new Love Metrics design pin and bought an extra to GIVEAWAY!
In order to be put into the draw for this pin (shown above) please leave a comment below telling us about a story or act of kindness that was shown to you. BIG and SMALL gestures! The RANDOM draw will be held on Saturday January 26th at noon. Let's start a mini kindness wave in our community. Cannot wait to read! Luv K8e

My word for 2019 is kindness. One small act of kindness I gave so far is handing a homeless man a granola bar that was in my purse. He was so grateful when I handed it to him.

I always keep a blanket in the car to keep me warm as my car always takes forever to warm up! One particularly cold morning, as I was exiting my car, I noticed a man sleeping on the subway grate without any cover. Overcome by his loneliness, I offered him my "car-blanket" which he accepted immediately. And it was me in the end who was filled with warmth and light! 😊🧘♀️

What a fantastic idea 💡 I think I might put an extra blanket in my car for this reason. You never know. This warmed my heart ❤️ Thank you.
